Our Fez cooking class would start by taking you shopping in a Souk (a local market), just in the heart of the old Fez Medina to buy all the ingredients and colourful spices that needed in our enjoyable cooking class , we would take vegetables, fruits, chicken, beef, fish and every pure Moroccan ingredient, with the main secret of the Moroccan Cuisine, the exceptional wide diversity of Moroccan spices; Saffron, Paprika, Cumin, Cinnamon, pepper, Salt, Ginger, and Turmeric that will be used to prepare rich tasty sauces.
Next, on our Fez cooking class, we will take you to see typical Moroccan kitchen with our native Master Chefs, who will present to you the dishes you’re going to make.
